Solar PV<\/p>\n

A profitable and dynamic solution<\/h2>\n

We erected our first solar park in 2008 in Spain. Since then, our solar parks have grown to multi MW projects, with the largest one in Kass\u00f8, Denmark reaching 304 MW. Solar energy continues to be one of the most profitable energy solutions, with panels becoming more efficient and technological developments happening fast. Technologies such as agri-pv where renewable energy production is combined with agricultural growth in the same space show promising results and is an area that we will continue to explore for a more effective system. <\/p>\n \n\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Project development<\/p>\n

Screening, financing and developing large-scale solar projects<\/h2>\n

We develop, construct, manage, maintain and divest large-scale solar farms on land and low-land PV sites. Projects typically start with area screening, followed initiating a dialogue with landowners to establish land-lease agreements. Once agreements are in place, we conduct the relevant studies, apply for permits, and finally construct the solar park to produce renewable energy. Throughout this process, we involve a wide range of stakeholders, including investors and local communities.<\/p>\n \n\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Construction of solar projects<\/h2>\n

With rights and permits secured and procurement, off-take and financing ready, we initiate project construction. We maintain a solid track record in managing on-site contractors and suppliers, overseeing every step of construction and grid-connecting completed assets. We also seek to hire as locally as possible in the construction phase to contribute to regional economic development. <\/p>\n \n\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Asset Management & Operations<\/p>\n

We manage and operate the assets<\/h2>\n

We consider asset management to be a core part of our business. This involves technical and commercial asset management services delivered by in-house competencies. In addition, we deliver O&M services for Denmark-based solar plants including scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, technical support and plant monitoring.<\/p>\n \n\n\n
